Eat Real Food.
A diet rich in real, whole foods is foundational to our overall health. Processed foods are damaging to our bodies and should be minimized or avoided. Consuming more high quality, nutritionally rich food is the most important nutrition habit to master.
Incorporating Strength Training, Cardiovascular Training & Yoga. I am often asked what is the most important type of exercise, and the answer is all of them are important. You don’t need to spend hours of your life exercising but you do need to have a well designed program to maximize your health and prevent injuries.
Relax & Have Fun.
Sleep & recovery are overlooked components of our health. Without taking time to decompress we deny our bodies the time to restore & we put ourselves at risk for many lifestyle related diseases. Get 7+ hours of sleep daily & relax!
