Get Bored Working Out? CosmoBody Can Help
I have a confession to make to you, I suffer from what I like to call “exercise ADD.” You may find this surprising since I am a personal trainer, and have dedicated my career to health and fitness- but it is true. I get bored so easily when it comes to working out and am ALWAYS on the lookout for a something new to switch it up… That’s why I am so excited to tell you about the CosmoBody app.
The Pros & Cons of the CosmoBody App
PRO: They offer an insane number workouts so you rarely have to repeat the same workout (unless of course you want to) and they add new workouts every day. They have workouts for cardio routines, dance, yoga, interval training, ab workouts and more. If if can be done at home with minimal equipment, they have something for you.
PRO: The workouts are legit. Each trainer has their own area of expertise and they stick to what they are good at. There are so many “fitness experts” and so many poorly structured workouts. What makes a bad workout you ask? For one, bad technique in the video (ex: everyone in the background of the P90X videos when they do squat jumps. Knees are going everywhere!… It’s disturbing to watch.) The next thing that makes for a bad workout video is people who make the workout video only to make money off of a popular trend (ex: any of the millions of yoga or pilates videos that are done by bodybuilders who obviously know little about the topic they are teaching…) I’m not hating on the desire to make money, I just think pros should stay true to themselves and what they do well. CosmoBody’s trainers are all obviously experts at their specific niche.
PRO: There is no limit to the number of workouts you can do and they even offer “Challenges” that are goal specific so you can see the results you desire. Getting ready for a wedding? Check out the Wowza Wedding Boday Workout. Need to tone up fast? Try Sexier By Saturday. Going on vacation soon? Check out the Summer Action Workout Plan.
CON: It costs money, but only $9 a month. I know there are a ton free videos on youtube, but the quality pales in comparison to what CosmoBody offers. $9 really isn’t a bad price for what you get.
PRO: They give you everything you need to be successful in the “Live it Up” section which features advice on nutrition, mental health and more.
PRO or CON depending on how you look at it: They have many 15 minute workouts which are great if your short on time or to supplement your existing workout. However, thinking that you’ll get the body the trainers have in only 15 minutes a day is a lie. Then again, something is always better than nothing.

Final Thoughts
The CosmoBody website and app offer a wide variety of at home workouts that is great for someone who likes to try new things. It does cost $9 per month, but thats far cheaper than the average gym membership.
To a better, healthier you!
