A little bit of research will tell you that organic food is obviously healthier, but I know that not everyone can afford to shop at Whole Foods or has access to a farmers market where they can buy organic foods for cheap. These are the foods sprayed heaviest with pesticides, so spend the extra money to buy these organic. They are commonly referred to as the “dirty dozen.”
