5 Easy Exercises You Can Do at Your Desk

It’s 6am on a Monday and you know what that means… it’s time to get back to your crazy week. It can be hard to fit in exercise, so this video below shows you 5 simple exercises that you can do at work or at home to fit it all in. I recommend you do 1-3 sets of 10-15 reps of each exercise (depending on the amount of time you have).
